Hilltime is a large single-story beachfront villa located in Rum Point along the north coast of Grand Cayman. The most notable feature of this home—besides the views!—is the vaulted great room's cypress tongue-and-groove ceiling. It's sure to capture your eye as you stare off across the impressive ocean views. The beach here is wide and very sandy with superb snorkeling inside the reef protected shallows. The property sits on a deep estate of over an acre with heavily-landscaped grounds. Plenty of off-street parking is available with room to turn around. A small freshwater pool and elevated sun deck sits on the land-side of the villa, protecting guests from the breezes in the winter and absorbing the sun's rays all day long.
